Background

Banque Saudi Fransi is one of the oldest financial institutions in Saudi Arabia. Trusted and renowned they wished to offer their younger audiences a modernized, digital banking version of themselves: JB Bank.

You wouldn’t buy iPhones from an ice-cream cart. Visual is the frontier of any brand’s identity. It not only needs to fit the category, but also needs to be irreplicable and resonant of what the brand means to the audience.

Naturally, JB would need a new identity built from scratch – young, smart and closer to the audiences it spoke to.

Solution

That’s why, we created a content development plan with original, authentic and modern content production at its heart. In just under a week, we captured video and photography of young, local Saudi talent across the nation. We infused that with banking lifestyle narratives and an iconic visual style guide developed exclusively for JB.

As a result, we produced over 600 images and 300 video assets shot within a week, which the brand could use and reuse for their communication and sustain their identity indefinitely.
